She serves on the Fredericksburg Area Realtor Association committee on affordable housing. Andy Alford is a native of Portsmouth, VA, and a graduate of the College of William & Mary. He also has a Graduate Certificate from American University. Andy Alford worked on Capitol Hill for a Virginia Congressman and US Senator for 15 years before operating a Sylvan Learning Center from 1988 - 2005. Andy was a Boy Scout leader at Troop 77 where his son earned the rank of Eagle Scout. Andy was also a member of the Stafford Rotary Club for many years.

Elaine is the hardest working realator I know. She is a tirelees advocate for her client. Without asking for any consideration she fully coordinated a renters needs with our handyman and relived the homeowner of extensive repair assessments, all in the middle of her heavy sales and showing workload. She is not just a tremendous professional, but a friend you can count on for accurate real estate expertise and help anytime. Elaine is a great pleasure to work with.
