About Elaine

Elaine Gesik is the Principal Broker for 1st Premier Properties and Equity Advisors. Elaine is licensed in both Oregon and Washington. Ms. Gesik has an extensive background in all facets of Commercial Real Estate. Elaine came to Oregon in 1993 and was hired by Rothschild Realty/Charter Oak Partners to work on the development and expansion of the Factory Stores @ Lincoln City. Elaine served as the West Coast Lead Acquisitions person, General Manager and Development Coordinator-Elaine was successful in negotiating the first Land/Facility Exchange Agreement ever completed with the State of Oregon.
Prior to coming to Oregon Elaine worked for Trammell Crow Company where she managed Ventura County property portfolio. Her clientele portfolio ranged from small businesses, to large entities such as the Los Angeles Times and the U.S. Navy. Elaine served as Vice President for Merrill Development Company. Merrill was the in house developer for Western Federal Savings and Loan. Elaine’s broad Commercial Real Estate background allows her to bring expertise and out of the box solutions to her clients. She has expertise in bare land, industrial, commercial, office, retail and multi-family sales, leasing, acquisition and development. Elaine currently serves as a Commissioner for the City of Salem - Landmark Historical Commission. Elaine served on the Design Review Board for the City of Salem. Both boards have land use governing bodies with land use decision making power over design and historic issues related to real property throughout the City. Elaine has also served as a local guest columnist for Commercial Real Estate monthly columnist for the Salem Business Journal. Elaine’s clientele is a variety of local and regional investment groups, prominent local families and small businesses working with the marketing sales, leasing, development and acquisition of property. Elaine has secured long term leases with the GSA, State of Oregon, and Marion County.
