Elaine White

Elaine is a real estate broker and an attorney at law. She is in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally. In connection with providing excellent service to her clients, Elaine has earned certifications in marketing, negotiation and in collaborating with seniors. She teaches a residential real estate course in the Stanford Continuing Studies Program and was an instructor at Santa Clara Law School. Elaine earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and practiced law in San Mateo County for 16 years, prior to beginning as a full-time broker in 1994. A trained mediator and negotiator, Elaine is often appointed by the court as a "special master" in divorce cases.
