Raised in Long Island, NY, I came to California in 1976 and never looked back. I've lost the accent, but kept the drive and work ethic that earns my clients confidence in me as a Realtor®.

I graduated from Valhalla High School and San Diego State University. I got married, moved to Silicon Valley, raised my family and came back to the place that has always felt the most like home, San Diego.

I chose Keller Williams as a realtor® because honesty, integrity and service to others in ingrained in their corporate culture and those values are integral to the relationship between a realtor® and client.

Honesty leads to clearer communication and increases the integrity of the buying and selling process.

How honesty effects a Seller:
When a realtor® is clear and honest with their seller the home is presented to the buyer, ready for market and priced right. This home owner will avoid paying two mortgages, avoid an extended time in the limbo between selling and moving onward and get a better price for their home.

How honesty effects a Buyer:
An honest realtor® educates a buyer on the current market to avoid looking at homes that are not in their budget, that don't meet their needs and to avoid placing offers that are rejected.

My East Coast upbringing means I am straight forward. The buying and selling process necessarily involves conversations about finances and credit scores. These conversations can be uneasy ones to share, but when had with transparency, make the process easier. Buyers get into a home sooner and sellers end up with a transaction that goes more smoothly and actually closes! I am skilled at having the difficult conversations and my years in California have taught me have the conversation through the lens of a teacher with a compassionate heart.
