About Elena

My fascination with Real Estate and a couple of really bad experiences with my own home purchasing and financing drew me away from my degree and career as a Computer Programmer.

In 1995, after a short training, I began my adventure as the first Russian-speaking Loan Originator in Atlanta, working first for a small mortgage company, then a large bank. During my nine year career as a Loan Officer, and over 20 years as a REALTOR® I have helped literally hundreds of families from my old country (former Soviet Union) make Atlanta their home. I have worked hard to become an expert in all of North Atlanta Metro.

Being married to a Georgia native and working with many local clients helped me perfect my English language. The experience of becoming one of high producing Loan Officers in a large Mortgage company honed my negotiating skills and attention to detail.

I have a proven track record in helping first-time home buyers, people moving up, moving down, people with great, average, challenged, or no credit, people getting married or divorced, investment property owners, etc. etc.
