Eli was absolutely wonderful throughout our home buying and selling processes. He provided us with great tips to get our home market-ready, and after listening to his advice we had two offers over list price within the first 8 hours of the home being on the market. Eli was able to help us purchase our new home quickly at under-list price; always advocating for us and answering any questions we had. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the Birmingham/Alabaster/Calera area. We were under contract on both homes within one week, and closed on both in less than a month.
