Over time, he assumed the role of COO at a real estate acquisition company, where he led a team and played a pivotal role in analyzing and acquiring commercial properties.
Driven by a passion for independence, Ilya founded his own real estate management company, efficiently managing a portfolio of more than 200 units. He further expanded his entrepreneurial ventures by establishing a construction company, completing countless apartment renovations and executing full-scale rehabilitations of commercial buildings.
When the COVID-19 pandemic impacted his businesses, Ilya made a bold transition, relocating to South Florida to pursue a new chapter as a real estate agent. After obtaining his Florida real estate license, he quickly made an impact, closing over a dozen transactions in his first year alone, with a combined value exceeding $15 million.
