Elisabeth Lin has been my agent for the past five years. We are not local, so she managed the buying and later, the selling of my house in Great Falls, VA. Elisabeth also helped take care of my house and tenants during the past four years. She is the most reliable, trustworthy, and capable agent I have ever worked with. Elisabeth's professionalism really came through in key moments over the past few years, namely:

1. Very knowledgeable about the housing markets in the DMV area. When I purchased my home, Elisabeth provided very thoughtful insights into various options and analysis based on thorough understanding of my needs, so that I found and bought my home very confident of my decision.

2. She worked in a very organized manner, equipped with great upfront planning, a lot of flexibility, and timely communication. The house hunting process was very efficient and effective. During my house hunting trip in 2017, I had only one week in the area - Elisabeth brought us a great curated list of homes to view and by the end of the week, we had found a house!

3. Elisabeth advised me when the best time to sell the house was. She also took care of all the preparation to sell the house, repairs, landscaping etc. It looked amazing! The sale went very smoothly and completely fulfilled our expectations.

4. Last but not least, Elisabeth is a very reliable and trustworthy agent and partner. She always gave me advice putting herself in my shoes. I counted on her advice making every decision during my ownership of the house, whether commercial, financial or maintenance. I never regretted my decisions after consulting her.

A friend of mine who also bought his house with Elisabeth being his agent, referred me to her and told me he was extremely satisfied with his buying experience. Elisabeth was not only his agent but overtime, became also a great friend. That happened to me too. Beth is far beyond my agent, she is a great friend of mine. Should I buy another real estate at any time in future, Beth would be the one I will reach out to, no doubt.
