Elisabetta was born in Milan, Italy and growing up surrounded by amazing architecture she developed her love for real estate at an early age.
Since Elisabetta was a little girl, she would drive her dad crazy asking about buildings, wanting to go see them and tour them! She was lucky enough to travel extensively with her family all over Europe and more, which ultimately consolidated her love for real estate.
Elisabetta attended one of the most prestigious University in Italy, La Bocconi, and she has a PhD in Business and Economics, with a master’s in marketing. Her very first steps in the business world, however, was not in Real Estate. She worked with Yamaha Music Italy for several years. She was the head of the guitars and drums department in Italy and that’s how she met her husband, Billy!
Real Estate came later as a true life calling for Elisabetta. Her love for helping people set a clear path in her life which gives her such a great purpose: helping her clients selling their home or finding their dream one. Her clients become part of her family and she loves to establish a friendly relationship that continues way after they have worked together. Real Estate brought some of the most incredible people in Elisabetta life, and she is truly grateful for that. She serves clients all over the US. As a relocation specialist she has relocated numerous families in the Nashville area. Nothing gives her more happiness than witnessing the start of a new chapter in life for her clients here in Music City. She is a transplant herself and she knows very well how stressful a move from a different state can be. Helping to keep that stress level under control is all she focuses on, so you can continue to create the life of your dreams!
In Elisabetta’s free time she loves to cook and entertain. Growing up, her mom used to cook big meals for their family and friends, and it was always a party! Her side of the family still lives in Milan, Italy and when she can, she hops on a plane and go visit with them. Family is everything to Elisabetta!
Elisabetta loves to work with out of state clients because throughout her personal relocations she gained quite a bit of knowledge on the whole process which she knows is very valuable in similar situations. She has resources she uses and shares with her clients to help the moving process be as smooth as possible. And if you have worked with her before you know she loves to spoil her clients with all sorts of gifts when they finally can walk through the door of their forever home!
Having such a natural eye for décor since Elisabetta was a kid, she also loves helping her sellers in getting their house ready to hit the market. Visualizing spaces and colors come natural to her since she was a kid. She rarely has to use a tape measurement – she does as she is such a perfectionist – because she can tell with her bare eyes how much space or length or height they need or have!
Elisabetta also loves to work with first time home buyers. She can relate to that moment in life when she became a homeowner for the first time herself. It’s so exciting but also scary, and it can be a roller coaster of emotions. She loves to work alongside first-time home buyers and re-assure them throughout the process until she can give them the keys to their first Nashville home. Such a special moment she feels so privilege to share with them!
