Elise Gonzalez

I’m a longtime Portlander who’s been lucky enough to call this city home since I was 10 years old. I’ve lived in every quadrant—each one offering its own charm and character—and while I’ll always be an NEP (Northeast Portland) girl at heart, Southeast is where I currently live and thrive.

My background in project management, design, and education gives me a well-rounded approach to real estate. I bring organization, creativity, and a deep sense of care to every client experience. I truly love this work because I love this city, I love people, and I love homes.

Whether it's helping a first-time buyer navigate the process or working with sellers to highlight what makes their home special, I’m all in. I believe in building real relationships and guiding clients with honesty, empathy, and a whole lot of local insight.

When I’m not working, you can find me in the mountains or at the beach, walking my dog Bixby, thrifting for hidden gems, traveling, or working on our home with my husband, Pete. All roads really did lead to this—and I couldn't be more grateful to do what I do, in the city I love most.
