I have always loved real estate. As a little girl I would play in my father's rental units while he worked on them. I decided to pursue a career in real estate early on and was licensed when I was 19 years old. I originally worked with Realty One in Fairlawn Ohio and in 2007 Realty One Real Living in Hudson Ohio. Now I am back in the industry I adore with Keller Williams Chervenic Realty with the amazing Kurtz and Company Team in the very same office location in 2007.
I learned and done a lot since I was 19. Became a founding mother to the first Hispanic Sorority at Bowling Green State University Sigma Lamba Gamma. I became my father's property manager for his rental units. Earned Dual Bachelors in International Business and Sales Management from The University of Akron and I hold my MBA in Business Administration, from Ohio University. I also authored and published my memoir called Church Games : Why Independent Thinking is Essential for Organized Religion.
I own a few rental properties in Northeast Ohio and working on a non-profit aimed on educating underserved communities about home ownership.
I currently live in Hudson Ohio with my wonderful husband Tony Gould. I am a member if City of Joy church and my all-time greatest accomplishment is the privilege of raising my 4 children.
