It was bittersweet finding our new home because we won't have the opportunity to work with Elizabeth anymore. That's the kind of realtor she is. She is very personable and hard working. She sold our old house and her attention to detail of the housing market and what it would take to sell our house was second to none. She listened to our needs and desires and helped us make the right choice on our new home. Throughout the process she was on the ball with inspectors, lawyers, and banks making sure the timing and expeirence was good for us.

Elizabeth helped my wife and I through a challenging house hunt. We were relocating from North Carolina with no knowledge of the Quad Cities area. We were not clear on what we wanted to buy or if we wanted to buy. She was so patient with us as we struggled through our decision-making. She made sure we did not feel rushed . She helped us understand the area and the housing market. Even after we were under contract, she was our go to on recommendations for painters, lawn care, etc. She has the best heart, and we absolutely loved working with her!

Elizabeth did an exceptional job making it possible for us to quickly sell our house at a price even higher than we originally forecasted…and led the way in spearheading needed renovations work by identifying trustworthy contractors who accomplished work in a timely and cost-effective way. She was also helpful with roofing contractors, lawyers and insurance adjusters, etc. The thing that stands out the most is that she always had an informative and precise response within 24 hours through every step from beginning to closing day.

She was very patient and was careful to point out issues that may affect our loan, and let us know ahead of time if a particular home would not qualify with our loan.
