Elizabeth assisted us in both the sale of our starter hame and purchase of our new home. She was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us get the best price for our home in Oakley. She was responsive to any and all questions we had through the selling process and even helped us negotiate a 60 day free rent back after the sale of our home. This made things so much easier.

Elizabeth was wonderful she knows what she’s doing when it comes to research and knowing how your house is going to sell and what you need to do to sell it she’s honest and make sure that everybody’s getting a fair deal if you want a realtor that’s really gonna work for you, but also let you know what is going on all the time and the truth and not just put it at the price the way they feel like it then go with Elizabeth. Oh Lord, where do I begin.

I cannot exactly recall where we came across Elizabeth but a "blessing" would be an understatement to describe my appreciation for Miss Partida. I believe our journey began back in late 2018, early 2019.

My wife, then girlfriend, and I were new to buying a home and were indecisive, to say the least. We didn't know what, exactly, we wanted. Elizabeth had the utmost patience with us. We must have troubled Elizabeth to show us hundreds of homes. Life happened, then Covid, we just could not seem to find the right home for the right price. My wife and I felt terrible for Elizabeth because at a point we felt we were wasting her time.

We felt absolutely no pressure from Miss Partida, she even assured us it was no trouble to her and that it was her job to find us a home no matter how long it took. Her professionalism and dedication astounded us. Elizabeth found a brand new home for us, she was with us from the moment we picked the lot, to the day we got our keys. She even went as far as getting us housewarming gifts... that's right, gifts!

Elizabeth was and has been professional, hard working, understanding and patient. Before her we dealt with another realtor that was referred to us by a family member that felt like a used car dealer. That person fell short, but I'm glad because right after we came across Elizabeth.

If I could refer a thousand or more people to her I would. She is THE best. You will not regret giving her a call and allowing her to find your new home.
