Elizabeth Pine

Elizabeth Pine, a lifelong resident of Norfolk, joined Nancy Chandler Associates in 2002, after teaching Science in the local public schools. She was “Rookie of the Year for the local board of REALTORS® that year and has attained the “Circle of Excellence” in subsequent years. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and attention to detail will provide you with the expertise you are seeking.




Elizabeth graduated summa cum laude from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Premed/Biology. After graduation, she taught secondary Science in both the middle and high school settings. Working with the public and rearing a family have prepared her for the high energy field of real estate. Her two children attended public schools and participated in many activities giving her a keen sense of local opportunities for families. Elizabeth has listed and sold property in Suffolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, and Norfolk. She also served as a site agent at a new construction waterfront development for four years.




She enjoys traveling, reading, and being outdoors; especially boating, biking, or hiking. She chooses between Charleston, SC and the Carrabassett Valley of Maine to visit her grown son, daughter, and “grand dogs”. Elizabeth loves to share the many benefits of living in such a rich cultural area offering theaters, museums, music, and so much more. Many local residents have the luxury of viewing the Atlantic Ocean, Chesapeake Bay, or a river from their homes. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Shenandoah Mountains, Hatteras National Seashore, Eastern Shore, Northern Neck, and Washington D.C. are just a few of the wonderful weekend destinations for our fortunate residents.
