The Indiana native has been giving her all for clients in Arizona since getting her real estate license in 1996, after moving from California to be near family. Living first in Chandler and now Tempe, she has
witnessed the ups and downs – and now, the ups again – of the metro Phoenix market and knows how to read the indicators.

Prior to starting her real estate career, Elizabeth studied at Saddleback Community College in Mission Viejo, CA, and worked for a time in the restaurant industry. After moving to the Phoenix area and gaining her Arizona real estate license, she worked as a residential agent for RE/MAX Anasazi Realty. She also has been licensed as a Loan Originator in Arizona and California.

When time allows it, Elizabeth, she likes to spend time with her cat Mia and is a speaker for the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

After 2 years of looking for the right DREAM Home, Ms. Yashar assisted in selling my family's apartments thru a 1031 Exchange & then buying our DREAM waterfront luxury custom home.
The timing of the sale & purchase of properties were crucial (45 days). Everything went as planned. The apartments were sold for the price I wanted. No low ball offer ($300K more than other Realtors or Investors) The purchase of the new home went smoothly too!
