Ella Payne

Ella Payne is a licensed real estate professional who serves both home buyers and home sellers across Florida’s Emerald Coast. She has built her practice on a very clear promise – that she will always be responsive, be trustworthy, and find the right answer to any question.

As a proud military spouse, Ella understands how complicated the relocation process can be. In fact, it was a painful home buying experience that compelled her to go into real estate and make sure that her clients never had to experience the unnecessary stress that she and her family went through. So, whether relocating to the Emerald Coast or just moving down the road, Ella’s mission is the same: walking clients through a “Payne Free” buying or selling experience.

Ella came to Emerald Coast in 2014 and began the process of transitioning from a career in corporate finance to real estate. She earned her Real Estate Licenses in 2017 and became a Broker Associate, which requires the same licensing as a Real Estate Broker, in 2021.

Ella currently works with Realty One Group Emerald Coast, one of the most respected brokerages in Northwest Florida. Empowered with leading-edge tech and tools, she serves clients across the five-county region, including working with home buyers and home sellers in the sun-drenched communities of Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, and Panama City.

When not helping clients buy or sell a home, Ella enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the Emerald Coast with her family – taking in the area’s clear water, soft white sand, and lush open spaces with her two children and husband.
