The complimentary and thorough session with a professional to help us stage the home was incredibly helpful. She also piloted our search and ultimate purchase of our new home. If you’re reading these reviews, you’re looking for a realtor. There’s no need to read any further. Elle Hatcher, Compass RE, is the real deal, not only a 5 Star realtor but more importantly a 5 Star person. For Elle, it’s not about putting people in a house, it’s about helping a family find a home that’s perfect for them. I had the opportunity to work with Elle to help my daughter, son-in-law and two grandkids find the perfect house in their relocation from Illinois to College Grove, TN. While down in the Franklin area visiting family, we worked with Elle over a span of 3 days, searching the housing market. Working as a team, we communicated with our daughter/son-in-law back in Illinois, and we got a deal done on a beautiful home. Elle put her heart into helping our family. She got our daughter’s family into a home that’s only 1.5 miles away from our other daughter's family. Two sisters back together, cousins close to each other, for me that’s “A Beautiful Thing.”

She showed up at my house the day I called, had measurements and photographs taken, and I had a signed contract (over asking price) within 3 days of my initial call. I was AMAZED to say the least. She was extremely professional, and did I mention her sparkling personality??? She’s awesome 🤗 I highly recommend this lovely woman! My husband and I were beyond impressed! It doesn’t stop there. Our movers pulled a no show, and she sent her Son and his friend to help us pack up our UHaul truck! Service does not get BETTER than this! Thank you Elle!!!
