I (her son) live in Florida and we decided to move my mother closer to me. We needed to sell her house in Franklin. That is when Elle became involved. I had to clean mom's house out and move belongings she wanted all the while downsizing. We had an estate sale and the plan was to list the house with Elle after the sale was complete. Elle Hatcher, Compass RE, is the real deal, not only a 5 Star realtor but more importantly a 5 Star person. For Elle, it’s not about putting people in a house, it’s about helping a family find a home that’s perfect for them. I had the opportunity to work with Elle to help my daughter, son-in-law and two grandkids find the perfect house in their relocation from Illinois to College Grove, TN. While down in the Franklin area visiting family, we worked with Elle over a span of 3 days, searching the housing market. Working as a team, we communicated with our daughter/son-in-law back in Illinois, and we got a deal done on a beautiful home. Elle put her heart into helping our family. She got our daughter’s family into a home that’s only 1.5 miles away from our other daughter's family. Two sisters back together, cousins close to each other, for me that’s “A Beautiful Thing.”

In this crazy real estate market you need a realtor that is knowledgeable and Elle definitely is. Mrs. Hatcher has been a long- time friend and is the mother of my best friend. Today I close on a house, at the age of 19! She’s a miracle worker… in such a crazy market, she never gave up on me. My experience with Elle Hatcher was PERFECTION! She handled EVERYTHING...I merely had to sign my name! She showed up at my house the day I called, had measurements and photographs taken, and I had a signed contract (over asking price) within 3 days of my initial call. I was AMAZED to say the least. She was extremely professional, and did I mention her sparkling personality??? She’s awesome 🤗 I highly recommend this lovely woman! My husband and I were beyond impressed! It doesn’t stop there. Our movers pulled a no show, and she sent her Son and his friend to help us pack up our UHaul truck! Service does not get BETTER than this! Thank you Elle!!!

My husband and I met Elle at a home available for rent by pure luck! She helped us find a rental property when we first moved to TN so we could get to know the area and then she helped us buy a beautiful house in Spring Hill.
