Highly likely to recommend 05/30/2014 - zuser20140530092900964 Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $325K in Petaluma, CA. Ellen was everything we could have hoped for in a realtor! She is an expert on Petaluma as she and her family have lived there for many years. She helped us make the best decision we could given our budget. After we were under contract, she followed through with all the details to make it an easy transition for us. I would highly recommend Ellen and plan to use her services in the future.

Highly likely to recommend 05/23/2014 - emilyhax Bought a home in 2012 in Two Rock, Marshall, CA 94952 I would absolutely recommend Ellen hands down. She helped my dad, and I find my first home, which I am still living in, and love to this day. We looked at many different condos, and single family homes, all of which she gave her honest opinion about, which I really appreciated because I knew nothing about real estate. I also liked that I could call Ellen anytime of the day, and she was there, and was always on time when we met. Finally, when I found the perfect home for me, Ellen had enough knowledge of the market to tell us an appropriate offer price, and wrote a wonderful offer letter. There were multiple other offers made, and I don't think I would be where I am today without Ellen! Good job Ellen!
