Ellen for years has worked with First Time Buyers and Move-up Buyers to help educate and support them through the process. Over the past few years she realized that there is an underserved group with the Baby Boomers and their Parents. Ellen recognizes the roadblocks and has been through the process herself of Downsizing. She understand that this is a different move from the others moves when her clients are moving up the ladder to larger homes. Now it is time to figure out what to do to empty the houses and determine what the next chapter should look like.

To further enhance the quality of her service to senior adults, Ellen completed the rigorous educational curriculum and competency based exam and application process to earn the prestigious Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) designation from the Seniors Real Estate Institute in 2014.
