Ellen DiMarco has been successfully helping clients in the Southeast Florida region for over 20 years. Her extensive experience in the real estate industry – both in management and sales - provides her clients with a wide range of expertise and knowledge. Being keen to the details and features that buyers seek, Ellen works tirelessly to find the best home for each buyer. She uses a funnel process to consider all available properties and systematically help buyers to eliminate homes that won’t work. To keep buyers from paying too much, she does a comparative market analysis to understand the pricing for the best matches. She acts quickly to make sure that buyers don’t lose the property they want. She has a network of service providers to help the buying process go smoothly.
Prior to joining Keyes Platinum Group, Ellen managed the sales of luxury homes in Royal Palm Beach and in her best year exceeded 17 million dollars in real estate sales. Ellen also worked 10 years for Motorola as one of their top applications engineers before finding her passion in real estate. Her engineering education has groomed her to be highly analytical with the ability to astutely assess market trends and comparable sales to help buyers get the best value. With a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Optics from the University of Rochester, she has tremendous attention to detail and is able to give wise counsel in property features and contracts.
Ellen has lived in South Florida since 1991 and is extremely familiar with the area – both its changes and its future. Deeply rooted in the community, Ellen is able to assist her clients in all aspects of the buying process through her large professional network including home inspections, financing, repairs and more.
To share her love for music and give back to her community, Ellen founded an after-school Music Education program for underprivileged children in the Jupiter area. She is an exceptional flute player regularly performing with Tropical Flutes, a non-profit flute choir. Ellen and her husband, Dr. Rick DiMarco, DVM, are longtime residents of Jupiter, FL. Dr. DiMarco owns and operates Bluffs Animal Hospital in Jupiter. This dynamic duo enjoys their Florida lifestyle as avid scuba divers and windsurfers, while also travelling to several international raceways in Florida with their 1978 Porsche 911 SC.
