Ellen Jarl

After a few years in the industry, I am thrilled by my career as a REALTOR® with the Jaqua Realtors team. There is nothing I enjoy more than working with people and helping them realize their goals. My years of prior experience in Retail Management was a huge asset during my transition to becoming a REALTOR® and provided me with a foundation of being detail oriented, customer service driven and having a strong desire to serve others.


I received my BFA from Columbia College Chicago in Fashion Design. I meld my creativity and customer service skills to navigate the way through the buying and selling process. Working in a team environment is one of my strengths; I'm confident in coordinating and negotiating to achieve the best results possible. In my years of management experience, I developed strong communication skills that allow me to assist my client's seamlessly through every transaction.

My Kalamazoo roots run deep and I am proud to live in this amazing community. I grew up in Kalamazoo and returned to my hometown after living in Chicago. My husband and I own rental property in the area and have enjoyed bringing some new life to a historical Kalamazoo building. I’m a regular practitioner at Intentional Yoga and am passionate about the amazing community at the studio. My husband and I live in the Milwood neighborhood and enjoy hanging around the local area. You can often find us having dinner at One Well brewery where we are mug club members!
