Although I know I wasn’t her only client she made you feel as though I was she dedicated all her time and attention to making sure this process was smooth and I was happy. As a first time home buyer there was a lot of animosity going into it. Will the realtor be pushy and try and sell up something with lots of issues just to make some extra money? Will they talk to you like you're not informed as to parts of the house? Will they try to tell you what they like and ignore your wants and needs?

Luckily, Ellen was an absolute pleasure to have in our corner. She mapped out multiple listings from all over and gave us so much to see from different neighborhoods with all new everything (floors, kitchen etc) to bungalows, to homes with history and a life within. Best part was she stayed out of any thought process while we looked. She gave us the meat and potatoes to what was in the listing and let us go through our own process. She answered any questions we had and didn't persuade us away from any concerns. She answered all messages and phone calls, and there were many, and never once felt like we were inconveniencing her.

Loved the experience and would recommend to anyone.

I rarely do formal reviews but this time I had to as Mrs. Ellen Lamb...WOW... she is a true, above & beyond, real-estate business woman and professional! I am in an entirely different state and had to sell my home in Virginia rather quickly; a month of our 1st phone conversation, my home was SOLD! Mrs. Lamb literally took care of EVERYTHING from start to finish... PLUS so much more than I could have ever imagined or asked for!!!! I will ONLY use her for any & all of my home needs! She was open, honest, and available every single step of the way!
