My experience with Ellen and Barry has been one of the most amazing. They're very professional when it comes to Real Estate. They have a very detailed knowledge of their market which brings lots of value to making good decisions specially when it comes to invest in Real Estate. They seem to be always available no matter what time, their response to all inquiries have been phenomenal.

Ellen and Barry with the Levy Team are the best. Totally enjoyed working with them again. Our client purchased a beautiful 2 bedroom at Essex Place Condominium last week with amazing Cathedral views from private terrace. The Levy Team made this sale enjoyable although did involve juggling a home sale on our buyers side.

Buyer agents who have been around awhile soon learn quickly that
working with a seasoned agent on the listing side can make all the difference. With so many moving parts it truly takes a "Village" of people to accomplish a successful outcome and closing. Experience does matter and would highly recommend the Levy Team.

Ellen and Barry are the dream team you want in your corner. We saw many wonderful houses come and go on our home search before we realized how demanding this market actually is. As soon as we were ready to make the commitment, Ellen and Barry jumped on the deal and made it happen. They’ve also been extremely helpful lining up inspections, electricians, and some of the general activities that took place after our offer was accepted. It is with great pleasure that I write this review for The Levy Team. Ellen and Barry Levy are two of the hardest working people that I have met. They will go the extra mile for you. I started my journey with them about 4 years ago because I needed help with the short sale of my condo. Ellen and Barry took on the challenge and NEVER gave up on trying to sell the property. Ellen established a relationship with one of the advisors at the mortgage company, she and Barry set up showings at the condo, and they helped me complete the MOUNTAIN of paperwork that had to be submitted to the mortgage company. Most of all, I knew I could trust Ellen and Barry throughout the process. They were wonderful to me, even when I would lose patience and was not so nice in return. I recommend The Levy Team to anyone who is trying to purchase or sell a property. You will not be disappointed!

Barry and Ellen made an excellent assessment of my home when I was ready to sell. As my resources were limited, they made excellent suggestions on reasonable things for me to do to the home to make it more appealing to a buyer. Price it to sell quickly as is I asked. Barry was right on the button. In five days we got three offers, the one we accepted was above asking...They knew the market, knew my home, and knew what to ask. I would never hesitate to go to them if I ever want to buy or sell again.
