To whom it may concern:

I thought negotiation was a dead art among Realtors. I really did. This was my 4th home purchase (move a lot) so I've got a little bit of experience here, and with the market being what it was everywhere, for so long, the most common phrase I heard was "make your highest and best offer and we'll see".

You don't have to do that with Ellen and Barry. They'll listen, they'll identify, and they'll attack the goal with ideas of what can be done. Excellent sounding boards/voices of reason, and effective in their communication.

They will also coach you back and talk it over, so it's not just an attack dog mindset. When they set out they do so to get it done right, and very quickly.

There were structural issues discovered, and other minor things. Negotiation again (despite 'as-is' contract).

Even after the fact, they've been in communication about potential tax credits, etc.

Choose them, enjoy life.

I hired Barry and Ellen Levy to help me find a 3 or 4-unit apartment building where I could live in one
unit while renting out the other two for strong cash flow in an attractive neighborhood. I also wanted
6% closing cost help from the seller if possible. The winning building had low taxes and an extra lot! The
seller did provide 6% closing cost help. The rents on the other two apartments almost
cover the mortgage payment and will fully cover it once they are raised to market level. I am beyond
thrilled, and my dream of owning a portfolio of rental properties has begun to become a reality. I will
have the Levy Team find me another building soon.
