I would consider our buyers' search to be challenging given the crazy multi-year seller's market. The features we were looking for were difficult to find, and were often conflicting: price vs size of house vs size of lot, etc. However, Ellen was very patient and encouraging. She was well-informed about newly available listings, comps, and at our request was willing to expand our search to other communities further away. We appreciate her professionalism and focus so much that we used her again when it was time to sell our older home. We would give her high marks and a recommendation for anyone who considers themselves "picky" in their search.

Ellen Williams is a fantastic realtor! My husband and I had to sell my mother’s house after she passed away, and we live 125 miles from the Chicago suburbs. We also had not sold a house before. Ellen walked us through the process and provided contacts for every service provider we needed. All the providers were reasonably priced and did a good job. She also personally took care of any details that would have required us to be at the house so we didn’t have to travel. If any problems came up, she helped us solve them, and she always gave good advice on renovation options. When it came time for the sale, Ellen attracted a lot of interested buyers for the house, and we got a good final price. I would recommend her services to anyone.
