Ellie Herrera is a proud Arizona native, born and raised in the Flagstaff area. She now splits her time between Goodyear and Parks, AZ, giving her deep insight into both the Valley and Northern Arizona markets.
Ellie launched her real estate career in 1999 as a loan originator for major national lenders including Bank of America and Countrywide. After a successful decade in lending, she transitioned into residential sales in 2009, earning her real estate license and REALTOR® designation. She gained valuable experience assisting one of Arizona’s top HUD-listing agents before going independent in 2010 with Essential Properties, Inc.
She specializes in horse properties and rural homes across the West Valley and Northern Arizona—including Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Avondale, Buckeye, Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, El Mirage, Tonopah, Flagstaff, and Doney Park.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Ellie is especially passionate about helping first-time buyers and Arizona’s Spanish-speaking community.
