About Elliott

Austin became home for me in 1998. I have built my life here with my wife and our two children while watching the city grow and change. That long-term perspective shapes how I help people make decisions about where and how they live in Austin and across the Austin metro.

I have over 18 years of experience in residential real estate and a background in finance. I work with local buyers and sellers as well as individuals and families relocating to Austin. Much of my work focuses on helping people understand neighborhood trade-offs, property taxes, commute patterns, and how a home will support their day-to-day life, not just how it looks on paper. I also work closely with sellers, helping them think through timing, pricing decisions, and how preparation impacts both the process and the outcome.

Outside of real estate, I am an avid runner. I ran my first ultramarathon at age 50 and have completed three ultra marathons over the past two years. Long-distance running has shaped how I approach my work through steady preparation, thoughtful pacing, and long-term thinking.

My wife and I have been real estate investors since 2005 and have owned several rental properties over the years. I have a long-standing interest in personal finance and enjoy learning how technology and AI can be used thoughtfully to work more efficiently and better serve clients.

My family’s journey with cerebral palsy has also shaped how I show up for others. I actively support CPATH, a nonprofit dedicated to helping families with cerebral palsy. Helping families find homes that truly fit their needs, including accessibility, location, and long-term livability, is something I care deeply about.

I believe real estate works best when it feels clear, calm, and intentional. Whether someone is buying, selling, or relocating within the Austin area, my focus is helping them make smart moves they will feel good about long after the transaction is complete.
