I've always loved Real Estate. During my early 20's I was fascinated with investing in the Real Estate market. But lack of knowledge prevented me.

Throughout the years I received numerous training in Real Estate investing and become quiet knowledgeable.

Desiring to help others fulfill their Real Estate dreams I obtained my Real Estate license. Very shortly after the Real Estate market turned for the worst.

Having left a career job of 25 years I had to now deal with an upside down market and still be able to contribute financially to the household.

It was a challenge at first because obtaining listings and selling Real Estate is not quit the same as investing in the market.

My first year I only cleared $30K. What a disappointment!

But through persistence and marketing each year my clients and referrals continued to increase as did my income.

I went from selling $30K condos to selling over $800K homes and no more
"I told you so" from my husband.

There is such a rewarding feeling to watch across the closing table as the Seller's eyes light up when they receive that closing check.
