Eloise Wexler is the realtor you want on your side. She is extremely responsive and well experienced in all situations of dealing with your purchase. She is very docile when necessary and a pit bull if need be. She does whatever is necessary to get you what you want and follow through to the end. She is excellent about finding the source of an issue an overcoming it. She will be at your side day and night until the end. I had probably one of the most difficult purchases to deal with and she never gave up and push through to the end. You will not find some one as dedicated.

Eloise was from start to finish the most knowledgeable professional I have ever had the pleasure to work with on a home purchase. This was a a very tough sell and required her to interact and guide me through some very unconventional processes and tight deadlines. It felt like a race to the finish line, but one that we would win! She always returned calls and e-mails faster than expected and exceeded any expectations I had previously when going thought a home purchase where a loan was the main factor. We purchased a property last March with Eloise's help. Everything from research to signing was accomplished within 5 days and that is due to her knowledge of the local market and her availability, even on Easter Sunday! She helped us purchase the property at the price we aimed for. It has been a wonderful experience. Being from out of the country makes it more difficult for us to attend to all requirements of being a new owner in Florida. Furthermore, not knowing your laws and closing practice could have been difficult. However Eloise has been very supportive, informing, facilitating and doing whatever is required that we cannot attend to because of the distance. I highly recommend her and will definitely work with her again on our next purchase.
