I went into this process with very little knowledge about how the home buying process worked, but she educated me every step of the way and was a strong advocate on my behalf, as well as a great communicator. I highly recommend Elyshia to anybody looking to buy or sell in the metro Detroit area, and I am loving my beautiful new home!

I have been renting in Chicago for about 10 years now and can genuinely say that I have never felt better taken care of. From super timely responses to her attention to detail on exactly what I was looking for, Elyshia is the epitome of professionalism, courtesy, and reliability. Moving with an elderly Labrador who has very specific needs due to his age, all my criteria (such as having greenery less than two blocks away) were met with a smile. Elyshia found the perfect place for us with an outside doggie run AND next to a dog park. She answered my many questions, displayed outstanding relationships with buildings and listing agents, and most importantly made me feel at ease and reassured throughout the entire process. My fiancè and I recently moved to Chicago and didn't know where to start on our apartment hunt. Elyshia went above and beyond for us! She scheduled us 5 separate apartment viewings for the same day in a few different neighborhoods, fully explained each neighborhood to us and when we settled on an apartment we wanted, she really put in the extra effort to make sure we secured it. She's incredibly responsive to emails/texts and had an answer for every question we had. I really can't recommend her enough! Thank you so much, Elyshia!! We love our new apartment and our new neighborhood!

I give Elyshia Lord 5 stars because the moment I signed her to be my real estate agent, she dedicated herself 100% to finding my dream condo. AND SHE DID! Within 48 hours of looking at properties she hand selected for me, we found a perfect place: full unobstructed views of Lake Michigan, and every room updated with exquisite taste. Elyshia has lots of contacts in real estate and knows other agents. She used her contacts to get me in to see THE condo before it had its first open house the next day, and Elyshia crafted an offer, and within 24 hours, I had an accepted offer for my dream home. I’ve never had an real estate agent so energetic and innovative as Elyshia. She also hooked me up to the best mortgage banker and attorney to finish the deal.

As a first-time home buyer, I went into this process with a lot of nervousness and hesitation. I could not have asked for a better person to help me through it. Elyshia was so attentive and always available to answer my MANY questions along the way. She regularly checked-in which was really helpful for me; easing my nerves and making the process less intimidating. I truly felt as if she were "holding my hand" through the whole process which I very much appreciated.

When the sale was done, she recommended a variety of professionals that could assist me with things like painting, cleaning, plumbing and installing home security. This was above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend Elyshia to anyone and will definitely use her in the future when buying a home. She is absolutely fantastic!
