Emerald did a great job helping me closed several properties back-to-back (approx. 1 month) late 2020 when the market was going crazy! She is extremely brilliant and has an A Team personality. You definitely want her to work for you and be on your side! She would fight for what is in your best interests and help you get what you want. I noticed that people who complained about her toughness or difficulty are the people from the other side of the table who had a hard time getting what they want. That is because Emerald fights well for her clients! One last thing, she also saved us in tens of thousands of dollars by able to screen out some loan documents and found me another loan officer who made a best deal in history for me.
