Born and raised in Kirkland, Washington, Emik has developed keen passion for real estate being influenced by the growing development of the picturesque greater Puget Sound region. As a young teenager, his profound ability to master sales and obtain experience in the new construction field helped him be pleased by the housing industry and be able to negotiate in the best way possible. After studying economics in college and helping family members find their perfect home, Emik was on his search to purchase his first property at the age of nineteen. By educating himself with contract and real estate law as much as his fascination would allow, he joined the North Pacific Properties team to help his clients enjoy what the northern Seattle area has to offer in the wisest financial approach. Thus, Emik has committed his real estate career to focus on facilitating buyers to find the perfect dream home or sell their current residence at the highest profitability in a smooth, stress-free transaction.

Emik has become fond of his hometown by relishing the outdoors with his beautiful wife and soon-to-be twin daughters. From snowboarding in the winter to wake-boarding and hiking in the summer, he loves the Pacific Northwest and says, “There is no place I’d rather live.” His devotion to God and family reminds him to count his blessings and live each day to the fullest by serving people around him with passion and up most care.
