He is a fabulous agent! He’s responsive, knowledgable, super helpful and professional. He always makes sure to answer all your questions, even questions you didn’t know you had. He’s always willing to go the extra mile for the client. He has certainly set the bar for future home buying expectations. I would 100% recommend him to other buyers/sellers and we will absolutely be using him again.

Emilio was FANTASTIC in helping my cousin find her house within her budget. He was such a pleasure to work with. A few small problems came up on the sellers end, but Emilio took care of it! Excellent realtor!!

I've known Emilio for a number of years and I've had to use his services for quite a while now. I have friends that are realtors, but Emilio is a little bit more than a realtor, he is a helping hand in the process of homeownership, He's a guiding light for those who want to sell.

He's helped 2 of my friends find their permanent homes, and he helped my Aunt sell her home. Very very happy with his service.

If you're worried about dealing with a realtor who's "all paperwork" then look no further because he treats you like a person!

Down to Earth and makes sense of the ever changing landscape of the market! Plus calling him is free what are you waiting for? 🦋🌈🍀

Emilio is AWESOME!! He's Very thorough, meaning that He looks at the Essentials like Furnace, Water Heater, Baseboards, foundation etc..During my Inspection, He further explained what the Inspector was saying so it was easier to Understand.
Once my house was Bought, If I needed help with anything, He was there to assist and/or Found someone that could help.
HE IS THE GREATEST AND YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH HIM.
