Emilio Perkins

Born and raise in Springfield, Illinois from a family of house flippers. Since I was a little boy; my father, Frank Perkins bought fixer-uppers and either sold them or rented but mainly rented homes to low income families that needed a place to live. My mother; Margret Perkins, helped him out in every way she could and they were an amazing team. I grew up in the real estate business and I can honestly say that I never work a day in my life because I love finding, searching, buying and selling homes for my clients, friends and family. I have an upbeat personality and really focus on my clients needs and concerns. I like to think that I'm a pressure to work with! - E
