Emilio's fascination with the stunning architecture in Metro Detroit, from the iconic Cranbrook Architecture to the local gems, drew him closer to the real estate profession.
The most exhilarating aspect of Emilio's job is the art of relationship building, transitioning from meaningful conversations to becoming an integral part of the most significant transaction in his clients' lives. Helping families navigate this journey fills him with a sense of purpose, enabling and instilling confidence in his clients.
Family and friends serve as Emilio's greatest inspiration. His wife, CV (short for Christina Viviani), is a fashion designer for their company, The Great Eros, and a Grosse Pointe native. Together, they welcomed Enzo Martin in the spring of 2023, and their Chihuahua mix, Phoebe Fido, completes the family.
Outside of real estate, Emilio's passions include housekeeping, organizing, home renovations, and decorating. He finds joy in vintage hifi stereo systems, estate sale hunting, and fixing vintage furniture.
Emilio dreams of creating a real estate portfolio with properties in Michigan and other states, offering both rentals and sales. He envisions his children attending a local university and aspires to open a coffee shop, adding a touch of his unique flair to the community.
