I was nervous about listing/selling my 100 year old house in Suffolk, VA. It is a unique house with lots of character and extensive gardens. In other words, it was going to require just the right buyer. Throughout the whole process, Emily was professional. She is highly knowledgeable about the local market and the whole home buying process from the buyer's perspective and the seller's. But she made sure I always felt like a priority.

Emily was able to refer a realtor to us in the Charleston SC area. The realtor she recommended was excellent and helped us sell our house in 6 days.
