I was nervous about listing/selling my 100 year old house in Suffolk, VA. It is a unique house with lots of character and extensive gardens. In other words, it was going to require just the right buyer. Emily is a great realtor and person! She helped us get our dream home in less time than our previous realtor could. She truly understood what we wanted in a home and she was always on top of everything by getting us in to see houses as soon as they came up on the market! My husband and I were very impressed with her professionalism, persistence, and patience! We were so lucky to have met her by chance at an open house she was holding! Right then and there we knew she was going to help us find, not only a house, but our forever home! We are very grateful for everything that she has done for us and our family! Emily was able to refer a realtor to us in the Charleston SC area. The realtor she recommended was excellent and helped us sell our house in 6 days.
