We were referred to Emily by a friend and we were instantly impressed with Emily at our first meeting. Our recent home purchase was not our first but Emily was by far, the best agent we've had. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, super responsive to our endless questions, and meticulous in reviewing every step of the purchasing process from the purchase contract to our final settlement documents. She was quick to point out details that we missed in the pile of documents that we had to review and sign.

Throughout the home purchasing process, Emily was always calm and patient and checked in often to make sure we were comfortable with the decisions we made along the way. She made what could have been a very stressful process much more manageable. In the end, Emily found us our forever home. We are already planning to have Emily help us sell our current home. She is simply the best.

We bought our new home with Emily recently and it was such a great experience. Emily is very nice and easy to communicate in the whole process. She had sharp eyes about the market and we trusted her judgement. It was a super competitive market back then and we were bidding with over 20 buyers for the house. We thought it was small chance that we can beat other buyers. But Emily helped us submitted offer at a very reasonable price that we didn't overpay for our dream house at all. I would definitely recommend Emily to our friends or home buyers because I know she's the one you can trust.

2 Homes, 200k+ over listing each. Emily is a wonderful wonderful person to work with. Here are some of the things I love about Emily:

· She was very organized and helpful. Our homes was renovated, cleaned, staged and looked amazing.

· She was very focus in understanding our challenges and provided us great advices/solutions.

· She accurately measure the buyers and the market resulting in the best prices for our homes. For our Camden home, we received a preemptive offer $202k over listing and we were thrilled. Emily thought that we should not take the offer and have an open home. We followed her advice and ended up getting an additional $19k. That $19k paid for our trip to Japan. Thank you Emily!

· Amazing problem solving/negotiation skill. When our Sunnyvale home was pending there was a break in resulting in the buyer backed out of the deal. Emily help filed the police report and immediately negotiated 4 new offers for us. We ended up selling the home $203k over listing.

· She took care of us every step of the way and the experience was fun for both my wife and I.

· My favorite thing about Emily is that she is a wonderful wonderful person to work or chat with.

The first home buying experience can be stressful for many newbies and Emily is the calm voice of reason guiding that process. She's the kind of person you'd first go to because you can trust her suggestions to be informed and thoughtful ideas. Beyond her impressive technical chops, her personality and professionalism are what makes the whole experience worthwhile. She's super responsive, proactive, patient, dedicated, considerate, understanding, genuine, and deeply caring. She really tries to understand her clients even on the first meeting, taking the time to hear their story and requirements. We easily related with her and she left a long lasting impression well after the first video call. It was a pleasure working with Emily. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I didn’t know much about things. But Emily has always been very patient and explained everything in detail from mortgage to closing on a house. Reading disclosures and making offers on houses have always been a stress-free process for us because we know that Emily has our back. We’re really lucky to have met and be able to work with Emily.
