About Emily & Linda

In 1993, Emily Ratcliff and Linda Gaither broke into the real estate scene with a fresh perspective. These two former educators, one a counselor and one in the emerging technology arena were determined to make it work.

Teri Jo Gilmore joined the team in 2002. She accommodates all of us with a smile and maintains a calm demeanor. She prefers to be in the background, but having her license often brings her to the front and center. She excels regardless of where she decides to shine!

Alli Pace joined our team in 2019 with 10 years of marketing and real estate experience. She has mastered her negotiating skills by being a mom to two young children.

Together our team gives wholeheartedly to our community and stays dedicated to being the best realtors possible. We are a team that puts God in charge of our business, believes we have the best career in the world and have fun along the way.
