Prior to Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty, Emily took on the role of listing manager and coordinator. Collaborating with a top producing team at Coldwell Banker Residential in Walnut Creek for the course of seven years. Emily and her team closed more than 400 real estate owned (REO) properties in addition to closing over 100 equity and short sales. Making them one of the top teams in the office for listing units and gross commission income. The bank owned and short sale business was not for the part time realtor. Working tirelessly over the depressed market, Emily was able to stay focused on helping others and not stray from the real estate business she loves. It gave her the drive to see this market improve and expand her knowledge. She went from listing multi-million-dollar homes over catered brunches to boarding up abandoned bank owned homes to keep the squatters at bay and the copper plumbing from being stolen. Never a dull moment, right?

Prior to working with Coldwell Banker Residential in Walnut Creek, Emily worked for seven years at Hacienda Appraisal Services in Pleasant Hill performing residential appraisals and inspections of homes. Prior to that, she worked for two years at Better Homes Realty in Lafayette as a listing coordinator, escrow manager and marketing director. Emily has worked in the real estate industry since Junior College. She knows nothing else. Emily’s reputation is built on demanding work ethics, honesty, understanding of her clients and her construction background being involved with her husband’s residential construction company.

Emily lives where her heart led her, with her husband, Simon, a local general contractor, and their three sons, Cody, Nolan, and Mason.
