Emily is a versatile broker with extensive expertise in both residential and commercial real estate. As a Commercial Advisor at Heigh Capital Group, she brings a wealth of experience in leasing and sales, representing investors and business owners across the Carolinas.

Emily is known for her strategic insight, client-first approach, and deep market knowledge, assisting business owners in acquiring properties in some of the most sought-after locations within the Charlotte market. Whether guiding and educating a startup through its first brick-and-mortar lease, helping a franchise secure its next location, or facilitating the sale of a multi-tenant asset, she delivers results with professionalism and integrity.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Winston-Salem State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has also earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) designations from the National Association of Realtors — a reflection of her dedication to lifelong learning and professional growth.
