A DC native, Emily has traveled every road in the DMV and has firsthand knowledge of what makes each neighborhood unique. Real estate is Emily’s second career. Experience gained as a nurse practitioner for years — navigating clients through stressful situations and offering practical and trustworthy advice with ease — have given her an edge that sets her apart. Emily’s eye for detail, love of hosting, and her passion for interior design have helped her clients develop a vision for their future home.

Integrity and client experience has been a cornerstone of Emily’s career for 15 years. Her first career in nursing took Emily to many different community and neighborhood settings and offered her the opportunity to learn to communicate in extremely stressful and joyous situations. Emily’s dedication to honesty and hard-work has always been noted by colleagues and clients alike and has regularly created new opportunities for her. Emily’s position before real estate was to establish and grow the first ever nurse practitioner led outpatient palliative care center in the DMV. Spearheading this new venture gave Emily unparalleled experience in stakeholder buy-in and creating a new atmosphere of providing care.

After spending time away from the medical field, Emily decided to follow her true passion into real estate. After joining a small team at Long and Foster, Emily decided to branch out and find a new and bigger opportunity with the Robert & Tyler Team at Washington Fine Properties. She is loving working with new buyer clients and running around town helping others find their dream homes.
