Emilykaye Mitchelson

Emilykaye Mitchelson was born and raised in Oklahoma City. She feels blessed to have had the opportunity to be among the first classes of women to graduate from the previously all-male Phillips Exeter Academy. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Mount Holyoke College, and her Juris Doctorate Degree from Columbia University School of Law.

Previously a licensed attorney in Oklahoma, Emilykaye served as a Municipal Judge for the City of Oklahoma City. She has served on various community and state boards and commissions, including Commissioner for the Oklahoma City Housing Authority, Commissioner for the Oklahoma State Department of Human Services, United Way Board of Directors, Leadership Oklahoma City Board of Directors, and Heritage Hall School Board of Trustees.
