Ricky is truly a gem. Moving internationally, in the middle of a global pandemic, was an absolute nightmare. The best thing that could ever happen to us was finding Ricky. He helped us find a place very quickly, one that met all of our criteria. With all the distractions going on during this time, Ricky kept us focus on our goals and was available anytime that I reached out to him. He did not waste our time by flooding our inbox with hundreds of homes, he actually spent the time filtering properties before putting them in front of us. We didn't have a car to go see properties because we had just moved from overseas. Ricky was amazing enough to pick me up and drive me to different properties. Ricky is the reason I can now sleep at night, he was a sent to me from above.
