Ephrem has a very aggressive marketing strategy, took professional pictures and was very available for various questions and worked closely with me to plan showings and any changes. We have a large dog and he went above and beyond by taking the dog for a walk if no one was home so potential buyers could see the pool and backyard. He is quick to answer calls and texts, find solutions, great at negotiating and extremely thorough. I would highly recommend him!
