About Eric

I grew up in Los Angeles and Miami, but my love for real estate brought me to Nashville. I have been investing in real estate for many years and finally made the jump to work in real estate full time. I enjoy remodeling homes and bring them back to their former glory. I also work investing in multi-family properties and currently manage several properties.

I am most familiar with East Nashville and Gallatin, where I have lived, but service all of Middle Tennessee.

Although I now live out in the country with my two pups, I love the city just as much! I have been running since high school and college, Florida International University, and have completed seven marathons including Boston.
