About Eric

Eric has lived in Atlanta most of his life and has seen the many changes over the years. Eric graduated from Woodward Academy in 1985. He attended the University of Georgia for 3 years, then left to start an apparel manufacturing business in the NE Georgia mountains. After the passage of NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement), domestic manufacturing experienced a steep decline, and he decided to pursue real estate development. Prior to getting his real estate license, he was a residential subdivision developer. Eric has an extensive knowledge of the mechanicals of homes, and offers the client a tremendous service with his consulting on how a home works as well as the negative issues of specific homes. This provides the client with an extra level of protection and information that the vast majority of agents cannot offer.
