I have had the pleasure to work with Eric both from a buying standpoint and on the contractor/realtor side.

He made buying a home seamless. He was there whenever we had questions and made sure we know all of our options and in the ins and outs.

On the contractor/realtor side, I have experienced and assisted Eric working tirelessly to make sure both buyers/sellers have any trade specific home repairs/maintenance scheduled in a timely manner preventing any delays in closing.

I’m a local lender in Baltimore. Every chance I get to send one of my clients to a realtor, I send them to Eric without thinking twice. Eric is the epitome of a professional, and every single client I have ever sent him sings his praises at some point or another in the buying process.

If you’re looking for a realtor who will ACTUALLY listen to what YOU need and will not push you to satisfy their own agenda, you would be doing yourself a disservice by not contacting Eric.
