Eric Bode

While still in college pursuing a degree in Finance, Eric Bode embarked on a career in real estate. Beginning in 2008, he initiated his journey by purchasing, renovating, and selling homes. This endeavor afforded him firsthand experience as a buyer, seller, and now as an agent and Broker.

Upon graduation, Eric decided to commit to Real Estate full time. Throughout the years, residential real estate has remained his primary focus.

His interest in commercial redevelopment blossomed as he searched for an office space and acquired a couple of buildings before settling into his current location.

As time progressed, he honed his skills in redesigning several older properties into fully renovated mixed-use buildings, enriching the community.

Personal time is cherished with his spouse, two children, friends, and extensive extended family. Additionally, Eric actively participates in various community organizations including the New Ulm Jaycees, New Ulm Area Foundation, and New Ulm Medical Center Community Board.
