Eric began his career in commercial real estate in 1987 with CB Richard Ellis, practicing brokerage and development for 22+ years, focusing on residential real estate for the last 10+ years. He is a man of honesty, integrity, and dedication to his clients. He represents buyers and sellers and works where the requirements take him. In addition to over 9 years with CBRE, he served as a Vice President of Investment Sales at Coldwell Banker Commercial and as a Vice President of Development with Trammell Crow Company, responsible for the development of over 850,000 square feet of office and industrial buildings and master planning several key parcels.
A Phoenix native, Eric grew up in the North Central Corridor, attended Madison Meadows and then Brophy Prep High School. His strong work ethic was learned while working at the family business, Organ Stop Pizza, from the age of 14 through 23. Eric attended the University of Arizona where he earned a BS in Business Administration with majors in Real Estate, Finance, and General Business Administration. A big part of his college and post-college life has been with Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Eric has resided in the Arcadia area for the past 32 years and is raising 3 wonderful young adults. The eldest daughter attends Grand Canyon University working on her MBA in Finance, middle daughter is attending the University of San Diego majoring in Marketing with a communication minor & his son is a Junior at Chaparral High School. Favorite activities include snow skiing, water sports/boating, cycling, fitness, family & friends. Eric is a firm believer in giving back to the community and currently is or has been involved with Team in Training for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Life Member Executive Council 70, St. Vincent De Paul, Active 20-30 Club of Phoenix, and other community organizations
