Could not have asked for better realtors.

Sandra and Eric were very patient with my wife and I as first time home buyers and guided us through every step. They were very responsive to every communication sent, booking viewings the same or next day/weekend.

With their help we ended up finding our dream home that we just fell in love with, put our offer in with their reccomendations, and got the house.

Although my wife says now that she wants to stay in this house forever... if I were to buy or sell in the future I would love to work with Sandra and Eric again.

I can't recommend them enough.

Eric (and Sandra) did an amazing job helping my husband and I find a new home! We looked at many homes and they were always professional, so patient and did it all with a smile.

Very nice couple. They entered my life at a very difficult time both personally and real estate wise. Fall of 2023 was nearly as down a market as I have seen. They went out of their way to get the house ready for market after the leading realtor in the area basically gave up on the place. They never did. Thank you for that. On the day we hit MLS my neighborhood had 6 houses listed. By the end of October 4 had been taken off no sale. With their help, on Halloween, we re-shuffled the listing a minor amount. Within 3 days we had a request for showing, and the people viewing the place were serious. Closing took place on December 27 only house in the neighborhood to sell in the neighborhood that quarter.
It was a very very difficult period for me. They found a way the get me through it with my goals still in tact. I will always appreciate their effort in getting that accomplished.

Eric, found out dream house for us over 10 years ago, many people wanted our future home. There were parades of would be buyers and we feared that we would loose out, but with Eric's sage advice we got our dream house and we bid 100 over asking. He saved us 10's of thousands. Eric has kept in contact with us for over a decade.
His ethics are over the top! Never met such a honest man. If we sell our home and we may because are out of state now, Eric is the only one we would consider. I refer my friends and neighbors to Eric Carlson.

I had an amazing experience working with Eric & Sandra from our very first conversation over the phone to the very end meeting us at the title company to pick up the check when they didn't even have to! They have been more than helpful, friendly, and professional. They are very knowledgeable, compassionate, and always make it their first priority to take care of their customers needs. Selling my grandmothers home was bittersweet, but having Eric and Sandra by my side during this process has been so comforting. They were understanding of my situation with the estate and were always working toward a goal that fits the estates needs. Given that I've never owned or sold a home, they were always readily available for me if I had any questions while reviewing and signing paperwork. They explained everything in simple terms which made it very easy to understand. Both Sandra and Eric were so attentive of anything I needed help with, even being present for house and carpet cleaning before putting the house on the market. They are not just amazing. They are exceptionally amazing and I highly recommend working with them whether it's selling your home or buying your dream home. Thank you Eric and Sandra! It's been a pleasure working with you both.

Working with Eric and Sandra was an enjoyable experience, and buying a new home is usually not an easy process. Eric and Sandra were always professional and quickly responded to all our questions. They were able to bring their personalities and make this a great time. They listened to us, got to know us, and were able to show us the home we chose after only 2 times with them. Our escrow closed in 23 days. “Sorry Eric and Sandra if I just raised the bar even higher for you”!! Hope to see you both many times in the future. What a fantastic team.

As a photographer, working with Eric and Sandra was an amazing experience. They made me feel comfortable and there was no sense of urgency from either of them. Eric is a true professional. Old school traditions and work ethic, making sure his client’s needs are heard and met. We really appreciated his communication and follow up. Always replies promptly. He has a wonderful, pleasant demeanor. In this particular transaction, we had several complex situations arise due to the location of the property. Eric never hesitated to do what was necessary to remedy the situation and keep the momentum moving forward. He is a team player for sure! I wish I could give them 10 stars! Eric & Sandra helped me sell my sister's house in Folsom and they did an amazing job. They are extremely well connected with stagers, cleaners, movers, landscapers, handymen and they organized and managed all of the work that needed to get done at the house, even going over and dealing with the garbage cans and working with the HOA to understand their requirements. I live out of the area and this was a tremendous help to me. We had a very short escrow (15 days), and they made sure that everything that needed to get done happened in order to meet the escrow deadline. They are very knowledgeable about the market in the area, and provided very professional and beautiful marketing materials (both online and print). They gave me great advice about what I should do to make the house more attractive to buyers and walked me through every step of the selling process. They are very responsive and communicative so I always knew the current status and what to expect for next steps. I have complete confidence in them and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Sacramento area.

Eric is an amazing realtor and did an excellent job! There were some challenges along the way with the lender, however Eric communicated with me and kept me in the loop through it all. I appreciated his confidence, recommendations, and positive approach every step of the way. His support staff was excellent as well. This was an emotional sale for me as it was to close my mother’s trust and distribute funds to the beneficiaries. Eric was very kind and supportive during the whole process. When things did not go well with the buyer’s lender, he “held my hand” as they found a new lender. When I was beginning to doubt it would close, he provided support, confidence, and faith that the process would work and it did, Thank you Eric. Eric is the BEST!

Eric knows the market and backs up his pricing with real and current statistical data. He has a full list of service people to use which will to speed the process of selling. His dedication, detail knowledge, and responsiveness makes you feel you are his only client. He finds a way to work around problems and always is demonstrating he is thinking of your best interests. Our selling agent for our home in Fremont Ca is a personal friend/colleague of Eric's. I trust our Fremont agent; therefore, I trusted his recommendation. The trust was warranted as Eric & Sandra did a Great job for us. Eric & Sandra were very professional in helping us find our new home. They spent a lot of time with us during our search (12 trips from Fremont Ca), chose MANY homes to view based on our criteria, had excellent knowledge of the areas we were interested in, communicated with us often, gave us great feedback (attention to detail) on the homes we viewed, especially on our new home and gave us great advice re our offer amounts and terms. Once our offer was accepted, they were with us during the home inspections and their inspection and made recommendations re which items the seller should take care of. This was a very seamless and stress-free process up to and through the closing. They were GREAT to work with, have wonderful personalities and ethical business practices.
