Eric Carrizales, a native of the Rio Grande Valley, was born and raised in Harlingen, TX. He spent many summers at South Padre Island and frequented popular shopping destinations like the Mercedes Premium Outlets and La Plaza Mall in McAllen, TX. A top 10% graduate from Harlingen High School South, Eric pursued higher education at Texas State University in San Marcos, where he earned a Bachelor of Science and was recognized on the Dean’s List.
Following graduation, Eric managed a luxury multi-family apartment complex with over 120 units and the McAllen, TX federal courthouse, gaining invaluable business management experience. Seeking new opportunities, he obtained his Texas Real Estate Salesperson license in the fall of 2018. Since then, Eric has continued to build his credentials, earning his CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation in the Spring of 2023, and most recently, the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
In his first year, Eric facilitated over $1 million in real estate transactions and has earned several other designations, including ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), and ePro. Deeply invested in the Rio Grande Valley, Eric's extensive expertise in property management, commercial lease and sales, and land development make Eric a valuable resource for both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
